RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your selection. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange with the following conditions. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unwrapped, and unused condition, with all original tags and labels intact and attached. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@crawlspacesupplypros.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your original proof of purchase (required). Our Customer Service Team will provide details regarding return shipping location. 

Without an original proof of purchase, a return or exchange will not be honored.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return, and inspecting and verifying the conditon of the item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow a minimum of seven (7) days from the receipt of your shipment to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged product(s), please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order at the contact details below to arrange an exchange. 

Please note:

• A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. 
• A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all exchanges which were not initiated as a result of product damaged in transit (damaged upon receipt by purchaser).
• Refunds/exchanges are contingent upon CSP's inspection of item(s) once the return transaction has been initiated, by photograph prior to return shipping and/or inspection once received by CSP.
